Do organic potatoes taste better? Of course they do - except, when you burn them...
I burned dinner twice this week - I couldn't bring myself to take a picture of the roasted vegetables.
A symptom of my hectic working life, I'm afraid... 12 hours a day and most of the weekend on the computer, and this is what happens...

If I don't invite you for a dinner this is a great example why - EVERY meal I make looks like that! :))) You are learning, sister! ;-)

Actually, the tatties on top steamed quite nicely and I ended up shoving them in the oven to roast and we managed to salvage a few...
